1. The service

ProfilePi provides an AI-generated audit of your dating profile (photos, bio and prompts) for a one-time fee. The audit is for personal, informational use only and is not a guarantee of dating outcomes, matches or relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a binding contract to use ProfilePi. By submitting a profile you confirm the photos and content are yours, or that you have permission to submit them.

3. Payment and refunds

Audits are sold as one-time digital goods, delivered within minutes of purchase. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If your report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side, contact match@profilepi.online and we will re-run or refund it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or non-consensual imagery, content of minors, or anything that infringes another person's rights. We may refuse service and remove content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your photos and submitted content. We retain ownership of the report format, AI prompts, scoring system and underlying software. You may use the report for personal purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
