1. What we collect

To deliver your audit we collect: your email and account credentials; the photos, bio, prompts and questionnaire answers you submit; and payment confirmation data from our payment processor (we never see your card details).

2. How we use it

Your submitted profile is sent to our AI provider strictly to generate your report. We use your email to deliver the report, send transactional updates about your purchase, and reply to support requests.

3. Who we share with

We share data only with the providers required to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our AI model provider. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. Retention

Your account, submissions and reports remain available in your dashboard until you ask us to delete them. Email match@profilepi.online to request deletion.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the UK and EU under UK GDPR / GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to process payments. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
